244 crore transaction in two and a half hours

On the third working day of the week, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the main capital market of the country, is trading in a positive trend. 244 crores of taka were traded in two and a half hours on this day. Meanwhile, the share price of 177 companies increased.

According to sources, the main index of DSE or ‘DSEX’ increased by 3.73 points to 5 thousand 206 points till 12:30 pm after the start of trading of DSE on Tuesday (December 3). .

Along with the main indices, the Shariah Index or ‘DSES’ increased by 1.7 points and the ‘DSE-30’ index increased by 0.14 points to stand at 1170 and 1913 points respectively.

A total of 244 crore shares and units were traded in DSE during the discussion.

Among the traded companies, 177 companies rose, 141 fell and 80 remained unchanged.
