The board of directors of Alhaj Textile Mills, a company listed on the stock market, has been restructured. According to the letter of the regulatory body BSEC and based on the discussions of the directors, a new board was formed. Md. Bakhtiar Rahman will serve as the acting chairman.
It is known that the management conflict of the company ended through an MEOU signed on February 14. Later, on the 18th of the same month, the shareholding was increased to 30 percent by including shareholder directors. In this, the company formed a new eight-member board of directors on November 17.
The new board of directors of Alhaj Textile includes:
1. Md. Bakhtiar Rahman, Chairman (acting); 2. Md. Mizanur Rahman, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (acting); 3. Md. Harunur Rashid, Director; 4. Md. Abdullah Bokhari, Director; 5. Md. Talha, Director; 6. Md. Saidul Islam, Director; 7. Mrs. Khodeja Khatun, Director; 8. Md. Zainul Abedin Chowdhury, Director.
