Stock market-listed Simtex Industries Limited has called a special general meeting (EGM) to amend its name.
According to sources, approval will be taken at the EGM to change the name to Simtex Industries Plc instead of Simtex Industries Limited.
For approval in this regard, the company has called the EGM on December 26 at 10 am through the digital platform. The company has fixed the record date for this on December 3.
