Gemini Sea Food Limited, listed on the stock market, has declared dividend for the financial year ended on June 30, 2024. The company will pay a dividend of 15 percent per share to investors for the year under review. Out of this 7.5 percent is cash and 7.5 percent is bonus dividend.

The decision regarding the dividend was taken after reviewing and approving the financial report of the completed financial year in the meeting of the board of directors of the company held on Wednesday (November 13).

According to sources, the company’s earnings per share (EPS) for the financial year ended at Tk. 4.67 paise. The previous year’s earnings per share were 8 taka 84 paise.

At the end of the financial year ended on June 30, 2024, the net asset value per share of the company was 19 taka 69 paisa.

The annual general meeting (AGM) of the company will be held on December 29 to approve the declared dividend. The record date for this has been fixed on December 5.
