Capital market upward trend, 269 crores traded in 2 hours.

On the third working day of the week, the main stock market of the country, Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), is trading in an upward trend. In the first hour and a half of trading on this day, more than 269 crores of taka were traded.

According to sources, on Tuesday (November 12) one and a half hours after the start of trading of DSE till 12 am, the main index of DSE or ‘DSEX’ has increased by 33.61 points and stands at 5 thousand 369 points.

Along with the main index, the Shariah index or ‘DSES’ has increased by 6.03 points and the ‘DS-30’ index has increased by 11.12 points and stands at 1201 and 1988 points respectively.

A total of 268 crore 85 lakh shares and units were traded in DSE during the discussion period.

Among the traded companies, share prices of 246 companies increased, 96 companies decreased and 64 companies remained unchanged.
