The matter has been informed in the press release of Bangladesh Apparel Exchange.

Under the theme ‘The Blue New World’, this year’s denim expo is focusing on eco-friendly practices, responsible fashion and innovation. Along with the exhibition, there will be several seminars on the apparel sector. In addition to government officials, entrepreneurs, economists and foreign buyer representatives will participate.

Mostafiz Uddin, founder and chief executive officer of Bangladesh Denim Expo, said, “The garment industry is playing an important role in the country’s economy. Currently, the apparel and textile sector is facing various challenges. So now is the time to come up with an effective strategy collectively. It is hoped that, as the present challenges can be faced, it will also be helpful in exploiting the opportunities that lie ahead. Together we can ensure sustainable growth of the industry.
