Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC. (DSE) has approved the name change of the Company. Accordingly, the name of the Company will be ‘Sharp Industries PLC’ instead of ‘R.N. Spinning Mills Limited’ and DSE Trading Code of the company will be “SHARPIND” instead of “RNSPIN” with effect from October 29, 2024. Other information (except Name and Trading Code) of the securities shall remain unchanged.
