Union Bank Training Institute organised a day long workshop on ‘Shariah Complaint in Banking’. Honourable Chairman of the Board of Directors of Union Bank PLC. Mr.Fariduddin Ahmad inaugurated the workshop as the chief guest. Chairman of the Audit Committee Mr. Sheikh Zahidul Islam, FCA was present as special guest.

Managing Director of the bank Mr. A. B. M. Mokammel Hoque Chowdhury presided over the workshop. The chief guest honourable chairman of the bank Mr. Fariduddin Ahmad in his speech addressed the participating executives and officers and said that Union Bank should become the best Islamic bank in the country by gaining the trust of the customers by acquiring deep and accurate knowledge of Shariah and following it properly in all the activities of the bank.
