The application for fixed income fund of asset management company VIPB Asset Management Company Limited will start on July 07 will continue till July 10.
Earlier on June 13, the regulatory body Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission approved the draft prospectus of the fund. It is known that the initial target of the fund is 25 crore Tk. Out of this, VIPB Asset Management Company has given 2.5 crore Tk as an entrepreneur. The remaining Tk 225 million will be open to general investors.
The face value per unit of the fund is 10 Tk. VIPB Asset Management Company Limited is the asset manager of the fund. Sandhani Life Insurance Company Limited and BRAC Bank Plc are in charge of Trustee and Custodian respectively.
