The 22nd General Meeting and the 37th Board Meeting of Agrani Exchange House Private Limited, a subsidiary of Agrani Bank PLC located in Singapore, were held. The meetings took place on Wednesday at a hotel on Kitchener Road in Singapore.
Dr. Zaid Bakht, Chairman of Agrani Exchange House Private Limited Singapore and the Board of Directors of Agrani Bank PLC., presided over the meetings.
The meetings were attended by member of the Board of Directors of Agrani Exchange House Singapore and the CEO of Agrani Bank, Murshedul Kabir, Director Dr. Mustafizur Rahman, CEO and Executive Director Mir Bayezid Hossain, Operations Manager Azizul Islam, relevant officials, and representatives from the service-providing accounts firm ‘Link Management,’ the local audit firm ‘CC Young and Co.,’ and the secretarial service provider ‘Drewcorp Services Private Limited.’
