The land acquisition branch of the Deputy Commissioner’s Office in Narayanganj distributed compensation checks totaling Tk 6,11,72,960 (six crore eleven lakh seventy-two thousand nine hundred and sixty taka) among eight affected landowners on Thursday.
The beneficiaries and their respective compensation amounts are as follows, Monir Hossain: Tk 1,36,23,620; Sheikh Babul: Tk 1,36,00,915; Ratna: Tk 8,41,986; Suruj Mia: Tk 1,07,07,047; Tofazzal Hossain: Tk 1,98,10,377 and Tk 20,71,448; Jamal Uddin: Tk 8,293; Azim Uddin: Tk 5,09,271.
The district administration of Narayanganj reiterated its commitment to providing efficient and accessible services to residents seeking assistance.
