6 companies in the stock market received the national export medal

77 organizations have received the National Export Medal for contributing to foreign exchange earnings and employment generation in the financial year 2021-22. Among them, there are 6 institutions of various sectors listed in the stock market of the country.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina presented the National Export Medal to the representatives of the companies at Osmani Smriti Auditorium in the capital on Sunday (July 14).

The listed companies who received medals are. Gold medal in the export of medicinal products to Beximco Pharmaceuticals and bronze medal to Square Farmers. 2. Silver medal to Square Textiles in the export of yarn sector. 3. Shinepukur Ceramics won the gold medal in the export of ceramic products. 4. Walton Hitech Industries Gold Medal in the Electric and Electronic Sector. 5. Shama Denims won the bronze medal in the export of 100% ready-made garment industry (knitted and woven) under EPZ.

Minister of State for Commerce Ahsanul Islam Titu, President of the Parliamentary Standing Committee on Commerce Ministry Tipu Munshi, Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce Mohang Salim Uddin, and Vice-Chairman of Export Development Bureau Md. Anwar Hossain, FBCCI President Mahbubul Alam.
