5-day-long no-transaction period to vex Prime Bank’s customers

BM Desk:

Prime Bank is going to relocate its data center, which will be followed by a temporary suspension of banking services from Thursday to Saturday. During this period, Prime Bank will temporarily suspend all banking services, including online and mobile banking, ATM services, and other digital channels. In-branch services, such as cash withdrawals and deposit transactions, will also be affected. Definitely, this trouble will be detrimental to its customers’ financial lives during this time.

The bank authority mentioned in a press statement that the suspension is necessitated by the planned relocation of Prime Bank’s data center to enhance its operational infrastructure and ensure a more secure and efficient banking experience for its customers.

However, the bank issued a notice to make customers aware of this problem and apologized for it. The bank has made this decision to ensure the safe transfer of its critical data and systems to the new data center. Prime Bank remains committed to maintaining the highest standards of data security and operational excellence.
