285 crore transactions in two and a half hours

On the second working day of the week, the main stock market of the country, Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), is trading in a positive trend. In the two and a half hours of trading on this day, 285 crores of taka were traded. Meanwhile, the share price of 292 companies increased.

According to sources, one and a half hours after the start of trading of DSE on Monday (December 2), till 12:30 am, the main index of DSE or ‘DSEX’ has increased by 37.73 points and stands at 5 thousand 223 points.

Along with the main index, the Shariah Index or ‘DSES’ has increased by 8 points and the ‘DS-30’ index has increased by 10.14 points and stands at 1174 and 1921 points respectively.

A total of 285 crore shares and units were traded in DSE during the discussion period.

Among the traded companies, the share price of 292 companies increased, 65 companies decreased and 40 companies remained unchanged.
