262 crores traded in 1 hour on the rise of the index

On Wednesday, the third working day of the week, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) index was trading higher. The share price of most of the companies decreased in the first hour of trading on this day.

It is known that at 11 o’clock the DSE Broad Index increased by 54 points from the previous day and stood at 5,480 points. And DSE Shariah index increased by 11 points to 1 thousand 188 points and the DSE-30 index increased by 27 points to 1 thousand 962 points.

Among the 389 companies and mutual funds traded, 156 increased, 201 decreased and 32 remained unchanged. At this time, 262 crores and 94 lakhs of taka were traded.

On the other hand, Chittagong Stock Exchange (CSE) overall index CASPI increased by 219 points from the previous day at 15 thousand 612 points.

Among the 140 companies and mutual funds traded during this period, 66 increased in price, 64 decreased in price and 10 remained unchanged. 4 crore 42 lakh rupees were traded during the discussed period.
