The 23rd Annual General Meeting and the 38th Board Meeting of Agrani Exchange House Private Limited, a subsidiary of Agrani Bank PLC based in Singapore, were held on May 9, 2025, at a hotel located on Kitchener Road, Singapore. The meetings were presided over by Syed Abu Naser Bukhtear Ahmed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of both Agrani Exchange House Private Limited Singapore and Agrani Bank PLC. Among the attendees were Md. Anwarul Islam, CEO of Agrani Bank PLC. and Director of the Board of Agrani Exchange House Singapore; Mir Md. Bayazid Hossain, CEO and Executive Director of Agrani Exchange House Singapore; Md. Azizul Islam, Operations Manager; representatives from Link Management the accounting firm providing services to Agrani Exchange House; the local audit firm CC Yang & Co.; and the secretarial service provider Ducorp Services Private Limited. The meeting included a review of the business performance of Agrani Exchange House for the year 2024, approval of the annual financial statements, and the passage of business targets and budget for the year 2025.
