The 178th meeting of the Board of Directors of Meghna Bank PLC. has taken place recently in its Head Office. Mr. Tanveer Ahmed, Vice Chairman, Meghna Bank PLC presided over the meeting.

Committee, Mr. Md. Ahsan Ullah, Chairman, Audit Committee, Mr. Kazi Ahsan Khalil, Managing Director & CEO of Meghna Bank and Directors of the Board were also present in the meeting. The ongoing business performances, activities and various Credit proposals were approved at the meeting.

Before starting the regular activities of the Board, a session was conducted on “AML Awareness Program on Good Governance” under the direction of BFIU’s Additional Director Mr. Md. Abdul Aowal Choudhury (FCMA) and Joint Director Mr. Md. Jaynul Abedeen.
