130 crore of transactions in two hours

On the forth working day of the week, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the main capital market of the country, is trading in a negative trend. 130 crore of taka were traded in two hours on this day. Meanwhile, the share price of 194 companies decreased.

According to sources, the main index of DSE or ‘DSEX’ decreased by 11.0 points to 5 thousand 155 points till 12 pm after the start of trading of DSE on Wednesday (December 11).

Along with the main indices, the Shariah Index or ‘DSES’ decreased by 4.94 points and the ‘DSE-30’ index decreased by 3.77 points to stands at 1149 and 1899 points respectively.
A total of 130 crore shares and units were traded in DSE during the discussion.
Among the traded companies, 122 companies rose, 194 fell and 85 remained unchanged.
