BM Desk :  In order to release unaudited financial reports, including Earnings Per Share (EPS), for the third quarter (July–September) of the current fiscal year 2025, eleven publicly traded businesses have publicized the dates of their board meetings. On Monday, October 20th, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) verified the information. The businesses will approve their unaudited financial statements for the fiscal year that ends on September 30, 2025, during these sessions. Other critical concerns may also be handled at the board level.

According to the announcements, four companies : BRAC Bank, Janata Insurance, Dhaka Bank, and Singer Bangladesh ,will hold their board meetings on Thursday, October 23, all at 3:00 PM. Grameenphone and Standard Insurance will hold their meetings on Sunday, October 26, at 6:00 PM and 3:00 PM respectively. On Monday, October 27, Popular Life Insurance and Bangladesh General Insurance will convene their meetings at 3:00 PM and 2:30 PM. Nitol Insurance and Jamuna Bank are scheduled for Tuesday, October 28, at 4:00 PM and 3:30 PM respectively. Finally, IDLC Finance will hold its meeting on Wednesday, October 29, at 2:30 PM.
