The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the nation’s primary stock market, is experiencing uneven activity on the second business day of the week. A total of 270 crore taka was exchanged within the first two hours of trading today.

The source claims that the DSE’s main index, or “DSEX,” increased by 12.79 points to 5,079 points two hours after trading began on Monday, July 14, or till 12 noon.
The Shariah index, also known as the “DSES,” increased 4.31 points in tandem with the main index, while the “DS-30” index decreased 2.74 points to stand at 1,107 and 1,905 points, respectively.
During the relevant time, 270 crore 165 thousand taka worth of shares and units were exchanged on the DSE.
Of the companies that were traded during this period, 213 saw an increase in share prices, 112 saw a decline, and 68 saw no change.
