The new price of LPG has been fixed at the consumer level this month. In this, the price of every 12 kg cylinder has been increased by 44 taka to 1 thousand 421 taka.
The regulatory body Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission announced the new rate on Monday (September 2). Which will be effective from today evening.
Earlier, at the consumer level, the price of 12 kg LPG cylinder for the month of August was increased by 11 taka to 1 thousand 377 taka compared to the month of July. In the previous month, this price was increased by three taka. At that time, the price of 12 kg cylinder was fixed at 1 thousand 366 taka.
According to the announcement, the retail price of private LPG has been fixed at 118 taka 44 paisa per kg including musk at the consumer level.
Apart from this, the price of private LPG supplied in liquid state in reticulated system has been fixed at 114 taka 62 paisa per kg including musk. Besides, the price of auto gas has been set at 65 taka 26 paisa per liter.
