Social Islami Bank participated in “Bangladeshi Immigrant Day and Trade Fair-2023, & Bangladesh Remittance Fair” held at the New York Hilton Midtown in the USA. Mahmudul Alam, Director of SIBL, and Zafar Alam, Managing Director & CEO of SIBL, inaugurated the bank’s stall at the fair. Md. Akmal Hossain, Head of International Division, along with senior officials of the bank was also present on the occasion. Tipu Munshi, Honorable Minister, Ministry of Commerce, Dr. Atiur Rahman, former Governor of Bangladesh Bank, and senior executives of different banks visited SIBL stall at the fair.
Zafar Alam, Managing Director & CEO of SIBL, emphasized the importance of sending remittance through legal channels and also discussed products and services of the bank specially designed for the expatriates and urged them to avail the services of SIBL.
