Customers of Pubali Bank Limited would be able to purchase transport tickets on the Shohoz online ticketing platform through the bank-initiated mobile banking app “PI”, said a press release.

The bank signed an agreement with Software Shop Limited (SSL) for the integration of Shohoz to implement the facility plan for app users.

Md. Rabiul Alam, DGM and Head of Alternative Delivery Channel (ADC) Division of Pubali Bank Limited, and Ahmed Kamal Khan Chowdhury, Group Advisor of SSL, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations in the presence of Mohammad Ali, Managing Director and CEO of Pubali Bank Limited. Md. Shahnewaz Khan, Deputy Managing Director of Pubali Bank Ltd., was present at the agreement signing ceremony.

Mohammad Liton Miah, FCA, GM & CFO; Endra Mohan Sutradhar, GM & Head of Software Development Division (SDD); Javed Hasan, GM & CTO of Pubali Bank Limited; and Md. Iftekhar Alam Ishaque, COO of SSL, along with other officials from both organizations, were also present during the ceremony.
