The 369th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank PLC was held on Thursday at the corporate head office of the bank, maintaining proper hygiene and social distance. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mohammed Younus. The board approved a number of investment proposals.
Among others the Vice-Chairmen of the Board Mohiuddin Ahmed & Abdul Karim (participated in this meeting through digital platform), the Directors Dr. Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Halim (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Abdul Barek, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Engineer Towhidur Rahman (participated in this meeting through digital platform), Nasir Uddin Khan, Fakir Akhtaruzzaman, Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque and Jabun Nahar (participated in this meeting through digital platform) and Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Director Nasir Uddin Ahmed, the Managing Director & CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed and the Company Secretary of the Bank Abul Bashar were also present in the meeting.
