The 367th meeting of the Board of Directors of Shahjalal Islami Bank Limited (SJIBL) was held on Wednesday at its corporate head office in the capital. The meeting was presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mohammed Younus. The board approved a number of investment proposals.
Among others, the Vice-Chairmen of the Board, Mohiuddin Ahmed and Abdul Karim (Nazim), the Directors, Anwer Hossain Khan, MP; Sanaullah Shahid, Abdul Halim, Akkas Uddin Mollah, Khandaker Shakib Ahmed, Towhidur Rahman, A. K. Azad, Nasir Uddin Khan, Moshiur Rahman Chamak, Tahera Faruque & Jabun Nahar, Fakir Mashrikuzzaman, Independent Director Ekramul Haque, the Managing Director & CEO Mosleh Uddin Ahmed, and Company Secretary of the bank, Abul Bashar, were also present in the meeting.
