Pubali Bank PLC. has launched a banking booth focusing on the “Cashless Bangladesh” initiative of Bangladesh Bank at the campus premises of Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology (AUST) for expansion of Bangla QR recently, reads a press release.
The honorable Vice Chancellor (In-Charge) of AUST Dr. Mahbubur Rahman inaugurated the booth.
SharafatUllah Khan, honorable Director of PSD, Bangladesh Bank and Shahnewaz Khan, Deputy Managing Director of Pubali Bank were also present in the ceremony.
Prof. Dr. Meganur Rahman, Adviser (Student Welfare) of AUST presided over the ceremony.
Among others, A.K.M. Abdur Raqib (Deputy General Manager & Regional Head), Rabiul Alam (DGM & Head of ADC Division), Nazim Ahmed (AGM, ADC Division), Golam Junayed (AGM & Branch Manager, Tejgaon Branch) of Pubali Bank PLC. and Habibur Rahman, Deputy Director of Bangladesh Bank, were present.
