Prime Bank PLC won Mastercard Excellence Awards 2023 for Debit Business (Domestic) category. 

Nazeem A. Choudhury, Deputy Managing Director of the bank with Masudul Haque Bhuiyan, Head of Cards & Alternative Delivery Channel, received the award from Atiur Rahman, former governor of the Bangladesh Bank, at the Radisson Blu Dhaka Water Garden in the capital on Saturday. “This award stands as a testament to our commitment towards providing our customers with the best financial services,” said Nazeem A. Choudhury. 

Among others, Helen LaFave, charge d’ affairs of US Embassy to Bangladesh, Sharafat Ullah Khan, director of the payment systems department of the Bangladesh Bank, Motasem Billah, director, Sarwar Hossain, director of the department of foreign exchange policy at the Bangladesh Bank and Syed Mohammad Kamal, country manager of Mastercard Bangladesh, attended the program.
