Md. Faruk Hossain, the owner of Photo Touch Digital Colour Lab and Studio from Dhaka Banani, has been arrested by the Gulshan Thana police in Dhaka district. He was a loan defaulter at the Mirpur branch of Padma Bank Plc.
The arrest was made on Thursday, 18th December, with the help of the bank’s Mirpur branch. The Dhaka Joint Metropolitan Sessions Judge Court No. 2 issued an arrest order for Md. Faruk Hossain on November 15, 2025, in Metro Sessions Case No. 8343/21 and CR Case No. 278/20 filed by Padma Bank PLC. He owes one crore seventy lakh taka in interest to Padma Bank Plc.
