NOVOAIR had crossed 1 lakh flights in operation with around 6 million passengers carrying experience since its inception. But passengers had some negative reviews about this airline’s schedule as well as refreshment and customer service on board.

This privately run airline company is currently operating flights from Dhaka on domestic routes to Chattogram, Cox’s Bazar, Sylhet, Jashore, Saidpur, Rajshahi, and international routes to Kolkata. Besides, it is transporting passengers directly from Jessore to Cox’s Bazar route and from Rajshahi to Cox’s Bazar route.

A passenger, Mr. Junayed, told a trip advisor that “very poor flight management. Most of the flights get delayed by hours! I had booked a 9 p.m. flight; it’s 10:40 now. I don’t know when the flight will take off.”

Besides, many passengers have raised their reviews at different trip sites, but the situation mostly remains unchanged. Another passenger, Mr. Zahedul K, wrote to the trip advisor, “Very disappointed! In this situation, at the eleventh hour, you guys are notifying me that the flight will be delayed by an hour. BAS*****!!”

However, many of the passengers praised the customer service, cleanliness, and antiquity of the flight attendance as very good.

Meanwhile, NOVOAIR’s Managing Director, Mr. Mofizur Rahman, said in observance of its anniversary that “our journey began with the promise of providing world-class service. The company was awarded Best Domestic Airlines in 2014, Best Domestic Airlines in 2019, and Best On-Time Performance Airlines in 2021 by the fortnightly travel magazine The Bangladesh Monitor. NOVOAIR started the first flight on January 9, 2013, from Dhaka to Chattagram.
