Mercantile Bank PLC. donated fertilizer among 150 farmers at Keraniganj in Dhaka from the special CSR fund of the bank, on Saturday, reads a press release.
Amanullah, Director of the bank and Chairman, Mercantile Exchange House (UK) Limited handed over the fertilizer to the farmers as the chief guest.
Bank’s Managing Director & CEO Quamrul Islam Chowdhury presided over the ceremony.
Mukitul Kabir, VP & Head of Corporate Affairs Division, Shafruzzaman Khan, FVP & Head of Agriculture Credit Division, Sana Ullah FVP & Head of Abdullahpur branch, Abdul Hamid Shohag, FAVP & PRO of MB PLC and the farmers were also present on the occasion.
