The financial sector company has declared a 5 percent bonus dividend for the last financial year ended 31 December 2018. The earnings per share (EPS) for the period under review stood at 53 paise and the net asset value per share (NAV) stood at Tk 13.38 on December 31, compared to Tk 2.6 paise and Tk 14.37 paise in the same period last year.
The paid up capital of the company is Tk 221.61 crore as against the authorized capital of Tk 300 crore. The amount of reserve is Tk 70 crore 36 lakh. The financial institution company was listed on the stock exchange in 2008 and is currently in the ‘B’ category.
