On the fourth working day of the week, the country’s main stock market, Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), is trading in a mixed trend. In the first two hour of trading on this day, 154 crores of Tk were traded.
According to sources, on Wednesday (November 20), two hours after the start of DSE trading till 12:00 pm, the main index of DSE or ‘DSEX’ is down by 1.60 points to 5 thousand 241 points.
Along with the main index, the Shariah index or ‘DSES’ has increased by 2.18 points and the ‘DS-30’ index has decreased by 7.87 points and stands at 1156 and 1935 points respectively.
A total of 154 crore 32 lakh shares and units were traded in DSE during the discussion period.
Among the traded companies, the share prices of 187 companies increased, 117 companies decreased and 76 companies remained unchanged.
