Huawei eKit Arrives in Bangladesh

China ICT infrastructure and smart devices brand Huawei brought its sub-brand Huawei E-Kit in Bangladesh that will provide a simplified supply chain and distribution system for ICT products in the country. This initiative is expected to boost SME growth and contribute to the country’s digital transformation efforts.

The launching ceremony was held on Monday at Huawei Bangladesh Academy. Excel Technologies LTD and Inflow Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd will work with HUAWEI eKit in the distribution process. HUAWEI eKit, Excel, and Inflow Jointly organized the launching ceremony. The event was attended by Kousalya Narayan, Vice President of South Asia Channels Management, Inflow Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd, Goutam Saha, Managing Director, Excel Technologies, Allen Liu, Vice President of Huawei South Asia, Huawei South Asia Enterprise Business Group. Other high officials from Huawei, Excel, and Inflow were also present at the event.

Huawei E-Kit is designed to cater specifically to the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and partners, offering a comprehensive suite of policies, products, solutions, services, and digital tool platforms. By streamlining the ICT distribution process, Huawei E-Kit will make it easier for SMEs to access and utilize the latest technologies, enabling them to enhance their competitiveness and drive innovation.

“The launch of Huawei E-Kit is a significant milestone in our commitment to supporting Bangladesh’s digital transformation journey,” said Allen Liu, Vice President of Huawei South Asia and Managing Director of Huawei South Asia Enterprise Business Group. “By providing SMEs with simplified access to ICT products and solutions, we aim to empower them to thrive in the digital era and contribute to the overall growth of the Bangladesh economy.”

Huawei E-Kit will collaborate closely with partners to deliver its products and services to SMEs across Bangladesh. Excel Technologies Limited will handle product promotion, market availability, and after-sales services, while Inflow Technologies Singapore Pte Ltd will be responsible for importing products, managing local orders, and procuring products from Huawei E-Kit.

The launch of Huawei E-Kit is expected to have a significant impact on the ICT landscape in Bangladesh, particularly for SMEs. By facilitating access to cutting-edge technologies and solutions, Huawei E-Kit will empower businesses to enhance their operations, expand their reach, and contribute to the country’s digital transformation agenda.
