Global Islami Bank provides Agri investment in flower cultivation and black bengal goat farming at Jashore

Global Islami Bank signed an agreement with ARS-Bangladesh, a microcredit financial institution at the Bank’s Head Office, on Thursday.

Syed Habib Hasnat, Managing Director of GIB and Shamsul Alam, Executive Director of ARS-Bangladesh signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations, said a press release.

This agreement was signed for financing in Flower Cultivation and recently recognized GI product Black Bengal Goat Farming in Jashore area under the Agricultural and Rural Investment Policy of Bangladesh Bank.

Additional Managing Directors of GIB Golam Sarwar and Kazi Mashiur Rahman Jayhad, Deputy Managing Directors Ataus Samad and Sami Karim, EVP and Motijheel Branch Manager Shamsur Rahman Majumder, EVP and Head of Investment Division S. M. Mizanur Rahman and Chairman of ARS Bangladesh Abdul Matin were also present on the occasion.
