Global Islami Bank formally opened its 100th branch at Rangamati and 101st branch at Ramkrisnopur Bazar, Comilla. It has also opened three sub-branches at Bayazid Bostami Road of Chattogram, Khilgaon of Dhaka and Munshirhat of Feni on December 14, 2023.

Syed Habib Hasnat, Managing Director of the Bank has virtually inaugurated the operation of the branches and sub-branches as Chief Guest. Additional Managing Director Md. Golam Sarwar was present at the ceremony from Ramkrisnopur Bazar, Comilla. Additional Managing Director Kazi Mashiur Rahman Jayhad, Deputy Managing Director Ataus Samad and Deputy Managing Director Sami Karim, Divisional Heads from Head Office, Branch Managers, sub-branch in-charges and distinguished clients were also present on the occasion.
