Exim Bank observed the National Mourning Day of the Father of the Nation
Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. On this occasion, the Managing Director
and CEO of Exim bank Mohammad Feroz Hossain paid floral tributes to the
sculpture of the Father of the Nation situated at Mujib Corner of the bank's head
office.
Additional Managing Director Md. Humayun Kabir and Shah Md. Abdul Bari
Deputy Managing Director Md. Zoshim Uddin Bhuiyan, Maksuda Khanam and
Senior Executives of the Bank were also present at that time.
Besides, the Bank distributes cooked food to the needy and orphans at a
Madrasa in Dhaka, arranges a discussion meeting titled 'Life and Work' of
Bangabandhu, planted trees at Exim Bank Agricultural University premises in
Chapainawabganj and displayed mourning banners and kept the national flag at
half-mast in front of all branches including the head office.
