Dhaka Power Distribution Company Limited (DPDC)’s 18th Annual General Meeting was held Tuesday in the conference room of DPDC in Vidyut Bhavan.
Senior Secretary of Power Department and the DPDC board chairman Md. Habibur Rahman, BPAA. chaired the meeting
The meeting approved the profit and loss account, statement of financial year 2022-23, External Audit Report and Directors’ Report for the financial year 2022-23. The DPDC Board of Directors, Share Holders and other stakeholders were attended the meeting.
