Country’s top real estate company Concord Real Estate Ltd has engaged a Tk 1000 crore worth 10 different projects within the first three months of the current year heading far ahead from their other competitors, company sources said.

The Concord has handed over two multi-storied commercial complex to its customers and launched seven other new projects including two commercial projects bringing 250 new apartments and 200 commercial spaces in the city during the period.

The Concord on last Monday, March 9 handed over 14 storied SMC Tower-2 to Ali Reza Khan, Managing Director & CEO of SMC. Earlier on Jan 14, the company hands-over Concord Bilkis Tower : a luxury commercial project in Gulshan-2.

Meanwhile, Concord launched two exclusive commercial projects- one is “Concord MB Tower, Road 11, Banani” on February 15 and another at Concord Sohel Square, Dhanmondi’.

Other projects work including – Concord Shangshaptak, North Gulshan, Concord Fahil, Baridhara, – Concord Sohel Square, Dhanmondi, – Concord Tribhuban, Baridhara and Concord Shenandoah, Gulshan have been launched during this period, the company website claimed.

Earlier on March 10 the company has signed an agreement with BUET to provide several scholarships to civil engineering students. Through the engagement Concord wanted to engage in “Long Term Research and Academic Collaboration”, the company claimed.

Along with other ten different business concerns from from real estate, constriction, entertainment, hospitality and garments, Concord is one of the largest real estate, engineering & construction entities in Bangladesh.

Laucnhed its operation in 1973 Concord has so far completed more than 1,000 buildings and constructed other projects.

The company is the proud part of some of the national iconic infrastructure included the National Martyrs’ Memorial in Savar, the VVIP terminal of the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport and the first three high-rise buildings in Dhaka’s commercial hub Motijheel: Bangladesh Shilpa Bank Bhaban, Janata Bhaban and Jiban Bima Tower.
