A free medical camp was held by doctors of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University (BSMMU) in Gopalganj on Thursday on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman and 15 August National Mourning Day.

BSMMU Vice Chancellor Professor Dr. Md. Sharfuddin Ahmed patronized the program, which took place at Kashiani Upazila Health Complex and Khayerhat Village of the same Upazila of Gopalganj District.

The camp was conducted from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. by Dr. Dermatologist Professor Nafisa Islam, RP Assistant Professor Tawfiq Ahmed Pitu, Deputy Registrar Dr. Muhammad Mustafa Kamal, Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology Md. Afzal Mahfujjulah, Assistant Professor of Gastroenterology Department Sushmita Islam, ENT Specialist Dr. Tanvir Ahmed, Gynecologist Tanzinan Ivin Chowdhury, Dr. Maidul Hasan Shipon, and Dr. Shafiqul Islam.
