In a significant move to enhance customer convenience and digital experience, Banglalink, the leading digital service provider in Bangladesh, has partnered with Bikash, the country’s largest mobile financial services provider, to introduce a one-click payment facility on the MyBL Super App.
This new feature allows Banglalink customers to add Bikash as their preferred payment method and complete transactions with just one click, eliminating the need for OTP or PIN entry. This streamlined process ensures a faster, more secure, and hassle-free payment experience for customers.
The one-click payment option was officially launched at a recent event held at Banglalink’s headquarters, with Eric Aus, CEO of Banglalink, and Kamal Qadir, CEO of Bikash, jointly inaugurating the service. Senior officials from both organizations were also present on the occasion.
This innovative partnership marks the latest chapter in a long-standing collaboration between Banglalink and Bikash. Since 2012, the two companies have collaborated to provide various digital services to their customers, including the popular “My Offer” option within the Bikash app, which allows Banglalink customers to choose customized offers, and the “Bkash App’s Auto Recharge” feature, which automatically recharges mobile accounts from the Bikash wallet when the balance falls below a certain level.
“Banglalink is always striving to improve the quality of life for our customers through innovative solutions,” said Eric Aus, CEO of Banglalink. “This one-click payment facility on the MyBL Super App is a testament to our commitment to making their lives easier and more convenient. It will not only benefit our existing Bikash users but also introduce them to a more seamless digital experience.”
Kamal Qadir, CEO of Bikash, added: “In today’s fast-paced digital world, customers demand convenience, speed, and time-saving solutions. The one-click payment feature caters to this need, making life easier for millions of customers across both our organizations. This collaboration is a stepping stone towards creating more customer-centric services in the future, ultimately leading to a more convenient and connected digital lifestyle for our users.”
The partnership between Banglalink and Bikash is expected to further strengthen their existing relationship and unlock new opportunities for digital innovation. By providing modern solutions and connecting customers, both organizations aim to contribute significantly to the growth and development of Bangladesh’s digital ecosystem.
