On the occasion of the nationwide celebration of Youth Festival 2025, Agrani Bank PLC has inaugurated a Customer Service Fortnight. The event was officially launched on Sunday morning, October 19, at the bank’s main branch by Md. Saeed Kutub, Additional Secretary of the Financial Institutions Division under the Ministry of Finance and Director of Agrani Bank.
The event’s special guest was Anwarul Islam, Managing Director of Agrani Bank. Also present as guests were Deputy Managing Directors Tahmina Akhter, Md. Abul Bashar, and Rubana Parveen. The event was presided over by Suprava Saeed, General Manager (CAMELCO), with the attendance of other general managers, senior executives, officials, employees, bank customers, and students.
In his speech, Chief Guest Md. Saeed Kutub called on everyone in the bank to work together to boost the country’s economy. Managing Director Anwarul Islam emphasized the need for collective efforts to improve customer service quality. He also highlighted various services for students such as account opening without deposits, loan facilities, youth loans, and easy loans for those going abroad.
This Customer Service Fortnight will continue until November 2.
