On the first working day of the week, the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the country’s primary capital market, is trading negatively. In just two hours on this day, 125 crore of taka were exchanged. Meanwhile, the share prices of 225 companies dropped.
Sources state that the primary index, or “DSEX,” fell by 15 points to 5,205 points after DSE trading started on Sunday, December 22, at 12 p.m.
In addition to the primary indices, the “DSES” or Sariah index increased by 0.1 points, while the “DSE-30” index fell by 5 points. points with 1167 and 1933, respectively, in the standings.
On the DSE, shares and units valued at Tk 125 crore were exchanged during the conversation.
92 of the traded companies experienced growth, 225 experienced declines, and 73 experienced no change.
