Mufti Affan Mansoorpuri, grandson of Indian Islamic veteran Maulana Husain Ahmad Madni, paid a courtesy call on Bashundhara Group managing director Sayem Sobhan Anvir on special invitation. 

The famous islamic scholar made the call at the latter’s residence in the capital on Saturday, said a press release.

Imams, Muhatamims and representatives of different mosques and madrasas from different parts of the country were present. 

Mufti Rashid Ahmad, Maulana Ihsan Ullah Sandipi, Maulana Sadruddin Maknoon, Mufti Mohammad Ruhul Amin, Mufti Sakhawat Hossain, Mufti Sharif Hossain, Mufti Mekdad Hossain, Haji Mohammad Aman Ullah, Abrar Akhiar and Mohammad Talha were, among others,  present on the occasion.

During the discussion, Allama Affan Mansurpuri expressed his satisfaction after being informed about Islamic research and activation of Bashundhara Group.

Later Maulana Affan prayed for the welfare of Bashundhara Group and the people of Bangladesh. Bashundhara Group Managing Director sought his cooperation in Islamic activities of the industrial conglomerate.
