The 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Janata Capital and Investment Limited (JCIL), a subsidiary company of Janata Bank PLC was held on 17 June 2026, Wednesday at Head Office, 48 Motijheel C/A, Dhaka. Md. Mazibur Rahman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of JCIL and the Managing Director of the Janata Bank PLC presided over the Meeting. All Directors and Shareholders of JCIL, Deputy Managing Directors of the holding company, Chief Executive of JCIL Md. Abdus Subhan Miah, Company Secretary Abdullah Al-Amin and other executives and officers of Janata Capital and Investment Limited, media personalities and invited guests were also present at the Annual General Meeting. Chief Executive, Abdus Subhan Miah told that, JCIL earned Total Operating Income of Tk. 13.04 crore for the year ended on 31 December 2025.
