AIBL honors oficials with over 25 years of service

Al-Arafah Islami Bank PLC, one of the leading Shariah-based banks in the country, has honored its officials who have served the institution for more than 25 years in recognition of their long-standing dedication, integrity, and significant contributions to the bank. Managing Director Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan attended the program as the chief guest and presented crests to the honored officials, expressing his sincere appreciation for their remarkable service and commitment to the organization.

In his address, Mohd. Rafat Ullah Khan stated that experienced and dedicated officials are the key strength behind the bank’s continued progress. He emphasized that the commitment, integrity, and professionalism of these officials have played a vital role in bringing the bank to its current position and will continue to drive its future growth. He also urged all employees to work collectively to enhance customer service, uphold Shariah-compliant banking practices, and maintain professionalism to further strengthen the bank’s reputation and trust.

Deputy Managing Directors of the Bank Md. Abdullah Al Mamun, Md. Fazlur Rahman Chowdhury, Md. Asaduzzaman Bhuiyan, Md. Aminul Islam Bhuiyan, S. M. Abu Jafar, and Syed Abul Hashem, along with heads of various divisions, senior executives, and other concerned officials, were present at the ceremony.

During the event, the honored officials shared their experiences and memories of long service with the bank and expressed their commitment to contributing to the institution’s future growth and success. The program created an atmosphere of mutual appreciation, motivation, and camaraderie among the bank’s officials and employees.
