Community Bank Partners with VINI Cosmetics for SME 360

Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with VINI Cosmetics (BD) Ltd. to introduce exclusive digital discount facilities, including special discounts for Bangladesh Police (BP), through VINI’s authorized online platform VIFUMECLUB.COM, aligned with the Bank’s SME 360 ecosystem.

Under the partnership, Community Bank Credit Card and Debit Card holders, employees, stakeholders, and Bangladesh Police members will enjoy attractive digital discounts on selected VINI Cosmetics products, reinforcing both organizations’ focus on customer value creation and digital collaboration.

Beyond customer discounts, the collaboration will directly benefit SME clients of Community Bank. Eligible CBBL SME customers will have opportunities to access product distribution and market linkage facilities through VINI, supporting business expansion, brand visibility, and last-mile market reach under the SME 360 framework.

The MoU was signed by Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (Current Charge), Community Bank Bangladesh PLC, and Ahasan Parvez Khundker, Country Manager – Bangladesh & Nepal, VINI Cosmetics (BD) Ltd.

Also present were Md. Ariful Islam, Head of Corporate Banking and Head of Business (Branch), Zahir Ahmed, Head of Cards, Community Bank, along with other senior officials of VINI Cosmetics.

Commenting on the collaboration, Mr. Kimiwa Saddat said, “This partnership reflects our SME 360 vision combining digital benefits for customers with real market access and distribution opportunities for our SME clients.”

VINI Cosmetics (BD) Ltd. noted that the alliance will deepen digital engagement, expand customer reach, and strengthen mutual brand visibility through cross-promotional initiatives.

This partnership marks another milestone in strengthening Bangladesh’s digital commerce ecosystem, delivering greater convenience, savings, and growth opportunities for customers and SMEs nationwide.
