A joint (participatory) meeting between the management of Bangladesh Krishi Bank and the Bangladesh Krishi Bank Employees’ Union (B-985) CBA was held in the bank’s seminar room on 01 February 2026.
The joint collective bargaining meeting was chaired by the Managing Director, Sanchia Binte Ali. Representing the management committee were Deputy Managing Director Mr. Md. A. Rahim, Deputy Managing Director Mr. Mohammad Khaleduzzaman, General Manager (Administration) Mr. Abu Sayeed Md. Rawshanul Haque, Deputy General Manager Mr. Md. Zahid Hossain, Deputy General Manager Mr. K.M. Habib-un-Nabi, Deputy General Manager Mr. Sati Prasanna Dutta, and Legal Adviser Mr. Jalal Uddin Ahammad.
On behalf of the CBA, President Mr. Fayez Uddin Ahmed, General Secretary Mr. Md. Miraj Hossain, Vice President Mr. Ali Ahmad Munshi, Vice President Mr. Md. Sirajul Islam, Additional General Secretary Mr. Md. Shahidul Islam, Organizing Secretary Mr. Saiful Islam, and Office Secretary Mr. Anisur Rahman were present.
At the meeting, the Managing Director assured the implementation of the demands raised by the CBA and expressed his gratitude to all attendees before declaring the meeting concluded.
