Metro Spinning Holds 30th AGM, Financial Statements Approved

B Mirror Report: Metro Spinning Limited held its 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) with active participation from shareholders. At the meeting, all key agenda items, including the company’s financial report, were unanimously approved.

The AGM was held on Monday (29 December) at 11:00 a.m. in a hybrid format and was chaired by the company’s Chairman, Mohammad Ali Khokon. Along with members of the Board of Directors, a large number of shareholders joined the meeting both in person and online.

During the meeting, Chairman Mohammad Ali Khokon responded to various questions raised by shareholders. He provided a detailed overview of the company’s current operations, future plans, and business prospects.

At the same time, shareholders shared their opinions and constructive suggestions and expressed their best wishes for the company’s overall progress and success. The company’s management considers this active participation by investors as a positive sign.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the Honorable Managing Director and other directors expressed their sincere gratitude to the shareholders for their continued support and trust.

At the AGM, the Board of Directors’ report and the audited financial statements for the 2024–2025 financial year, along with all agenda items of the meeting, were unanimously approved and adopted.
