Community Bank Bangladesh PLC. and Tropical Homes Limited have recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen mutual cooperation and offer enhanced loan facilities within the Real Estate sector. The signing ceremony took place at the Bank’s Head Office, attended by senior officials from both organizations.

Kimiwa Saddat, Managing Director (Current Charge) Community Bank and Tanveer Reza, Chairman, Tropical Homes Limited; signed the MoU on behalf of their respective institutions and exchanged the documents.

This partnership is expected to make loan facilities in the Real Estate sector more accessible, efficient and customer-centric. Both organizations expressed confidence that the collaboration will open new avenues for improving customer service and expanding financial offerings in the real estate market.
