The Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE), the nation’s primary stock market, concluded trading on the third working day of the week with a mixed trend in price indexes. The day saw a decline in the share prices of 227 Companies, despite a minor increase in the overall transaction value.
According to DSE sources On Tuesday (25 November), DSE’s main index, DSEX, dropped by 6.57 points, now standing at 5,018 points.
Additionally, the DSES index fell by 2.86 points to 1,055 points, and the DS-30 index declined by 6.66 points, settling at 1,932 points.
Today, shares and units worth Tk 636.38 crore were traded on the DSE, compared to Tk 635.95 crore in the previous session.
A total of 386 companies’ shares and units were traded. Among the participating companies, prices increased for 129, decreased for 227, while 30 remained unchanged.
